A Long History in Litchfield

I'm running to be probate judge because
the court needs an experienced
and compassionate judge to effectively
serve our community.

Probate courts serve people during some of the most difficult times in their lives, including: the loss of a loved one, the failing health of a parent, disputes over inheritance, and others.  An effective judge makes these situations easier for people by providing clear, direct, and fair applications of the law.

Probate courts also play a key role in protecting vulnerable members of our community, such as the the elderly and individuals with disabilities. These people may become the victims of financial and emotional abuse.  I have a record of serving these people and understand their specific needs.

My record of representing private clients is excellent, but I want to serve and protect every person in the Litchfield Hills who finds their way to the court, including those who are unable to hire or afford an attorney.  Serving as probate judge will let me to do this.  I am the best candidate for this position and look forward to the opportunity to carry on the outstanding legacy of our local court.
